How long does it usually take for shipping?

We want you in our clothes as soon as possible! Know that we are working as fast as we can to get you in DVE. All items ship within 2-14 business days. Shipping depends on stock, geographic location and demand of items requested.

Any restrictions for shipping?

Please be aware at this time we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order has a PO Box as a Shipping address, we will have to cancel your order.

How do I resolve issues with shipping?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If someone has special shipping circumstances, please contact FedEx. We do all of our shipping through FedEx Ground except for international packages which are handled through FedEx. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM.

How long does it take for customer service to respond to emails?

We love hearing from you. All emails will be recognized within 24-48 hours.

How do I go about tracking my order?

After your order has been placed, it will be listed as "Pending" in your account on DETROITVSEVERYBODY.com and Paypal.com. Don't you panic because this means that your order has been received and needs to be confirmed by us. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order confirmation. After confirmation, your order status will change from "Pending" to "Complete" in your account on DETROITVSEVERYBODY.com and Paypal.com. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive and email from customerservice@detroitvseverybody.com within the following 24-48 hours that will include your final tracking information. Visit FedEx.com to track your package using the tracking number provided.

We made it with love so treat it with love! We recommend that all DVE products are dry cleaned only.

I do not have a Paypal account. Can I still place orders online?

Of course you can by simply linking your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards to your Paypal account and then use it to purchase your order. You can not link a gift card, prepaid card or a one-time-use card to your Paypal account, though.

Do you offer custom color ways as an option?

Nope, but there is definitely something for everyone. We are constantly releasing new color options specifically with you in mind.

Are the colors online the only colors offered?

What you see, is what you get. All online merchandies is currently in stock and available. But come see us in person because the DVE store may carry additional colors or other merchandise that may not be available online.
